PHASE ONE - BUILDING REHAB
Phase one also involved the repurposing of four dilapidated structures, now the home to four businesses and residential apartments. The revitalization of the older structures while incorporating new construction represents the core strategy of Tinkelman Architecture’s concept for this development. Current business include Tinkelman Architecture, PVE Sheffler, Poughkidsie and Center for Child Abuse Prevention.
PHASE TWO - RESIDENTIAL MIXED USE
Phase two consist of 4,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 22 residential units in two new buildings and the creation of a dynamic central plaza that will serve as a community focal point. The project also includes the repurposing and addition to an existing 1870’s residential structure that will be revitalized into a mixed-use building.
