JOHN LEICHTER
PROJECT DESIGNER | BIM MANAGER

John is a project designer who works collaboratively with owners, clients, and consultants to design practical and exciting architectural spaces. He comes to the team after nearly 10 years of working with local K-12 (NYSED) and higher educational clients throughout the Hudson Valley Region and Connecticut, at leading firms in the education market.

He is experienced in all phases of a project from concept to completion, both large and small scope projects. Building Information Modeling (BIM) leadership is a specialty that he brings to TA, coordinating and managing digital construction models that bring together data, drawings, schedules and 3D visualization associated with design and construction.

Throughout his career he has worked on a variety of project types including commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, most notably a 6-story graduate student apartment building in the heart of Yale University, a 60-story residential tower in Downtown Boston, and a world-class baseball stadium complex for Binghamton University.

John attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (2009), and a Master in Architecture (2010).
